  • 1/2 cup unsweetenedapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup kale, spinach, or chlorophyll
  • 1/4 cup water
